Refund Policy

We are a small company that offers a personalised service and we aim for each Preview Studio pack to meet the particular needs of each client.  

Every Preview Studio pack includes a free design revision to make sure the design we produce for you fits the brief agreed at the start of the process. 

We offer a money-back guarantee for those instances where a design revision isn’t able to resolve the issue that you have  with our services. 

Refund Eligibility

  • You can request a refund at any point up to 30 days from the date we send out your Preview Studio pack. 

  • Our refund policy applies to all digital services and products provided by Preview Studio Ltd, but excludes physical products such as printed documents and 3d models.  

  • Items not eligible for refunds are listed below

  • If you request a refund and your order included an ineligible item, we will refund you the total amount less the cost of the excluded item

Process for Refunds

  • To request a refund, please email us at hello@previewstudio.co.uk with your project reference number, project address and request for a refund in the email subject line.

  • We will contact you within 72 hours to arrange a short online feedback meeting.  We require the meeting in order to fully understand how we can improve our services for future customers. 

  • Following the feedback meeting we will process the refund, and you will receive a refund confirmation email. We use Stripe as our payment processor, and Stripe submits refunds immediately. However depending on your bank processing time it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account. 

  • If you still can’t see the refund in your bank account after 10 business days from receiving the Preview Studio confirmation email please contact your bank for more information.
