Refund Policy
We are a small company that offers a personalised service and we aim for each Preview Studio pack to meet the particular needs of each client.
Every Preview Studio pack includes a free design revision to make sure the design we produce for you fits the brief agreed at the start of the process.
We offer a money-back guarantee for those instances where a design revision isn’t able to resolve the issue that you have with our services.
Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund at any point up to 30 days from the date we send out your Preview Studio pack.
Our refund policy applies to all digital services and products provided by Preview Studio Ltd, but excludes physical products such as printed documents and 3d models.

If you request a refund and your order included an ineligible item, we will refund you the total amount less the cost of the excluded item

Process for Refunds
To request a refund, please email us at hello@previewstudio.co.uk with your project reference number, project address and request for a refund in the email subject line.
We will contact you within 72 hours to arrange a short online feedback meeting. We require the meeting in order to fully understand how we can improve our services for future customers.
Following the feedback meeting we will process the refund, and you will receive a refund confirmation email. We use Stripe as our payment processor, and Stripe submits refunds immediately. However depending on your bank processing time it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your account.
If you still can’t see the refund in your bank account after 10 business days from receiving the Preview Studio confirmation email please contact your bank for more information.
