Delivery Policy
Online delivery
Delivery of your Preview Studio pack is by email to the email address used at time of checkout.
From the point that we receive the information on your existing home, we aim to deliver documents digitally within:
10 working days of purchase generally
5 working days of purchase if a quick service has been purchased
3 working days of purchase if a rush service has been purchased
provided that we receive any necessary information or confirmations to proceed from you. The information on your existing home can be in the form of a video or plans, or a link to an estate agent site (such as Rightmove or Zoopla) which has plans.
Delays in your provision of information or confirmation that we should proceed may result in a delay to the delivery of the final document.
Postal delivery
For customers within the UK, we can also issue a hard copy of your Preview Studio pack in addition to an email delivery, if you purchase this option. This will be sent using Royal Mail tracked 24, and you should expect to receive this within 1-2 working days of email delivery. As we are firm believers in sustainability and try to be paperless as much as possible, we do think email is better! Please also note that we are not responsible for packages lost in the post.
3D printed models will be sent using a tracked courier service.
International
If you live outside of the UK we are only able to provide email delivery for you at this time.
