Preview Studio is an online architectural design studio with a difference.

We use new technology to provide a 100% remote service that can turn a phone video of your home into a 3D digital architectural model - including our bespoke concept design for your renovation or extension - within days, and for only a few hundred pounds. We supply you with a clear and straightforward document with drawings, images and rough cost estimate information for your potential home renovation, and the answers to all the most common questions people have about their home renovation project:

The founders of Preview Studio, Kirstie and Adam, studied architecture in Edinburgh and London, and then over the course of our careers worked on a huge variety of projects for a range of architectural practices, from interior design to new-build flats to RIBA house-of-the-year nominated homes. During more than 10 years at residential focused practices we designed the layouts of hundreds of individual homes.

Through advising friends and family we noticed many people often felt overwhelmed by the idea of beginning a home renovation or extension, and were unwilling to approach an architect or contractor until they had a clearer understanding of their own priorities and the potential of a property.  After many conversations we realised if those we knew felt this way, it was highly likely others would too and so Preview Studio was created.

We aim to provide a pre-architectural service, helping our clients by developing bespoke concept designs and layouts for their home renovations before they get local architects or builders involved.  

We’re not limited to a home you already own – our design packages can also help you visualise how a property you are interested in buying could look and feel so you are able to make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
